We have several factories spread through-out Yogyakarta, which specialize in each of the basic raw materials that we use for our production i.e. earthenware, wood and natural stone. These raw materials are crafted into a modern and stylish range of home furnishings, home décor items and lighting.

Branch Office & Showroom
We have our main office and showroom in Yogyakarta and supported by a showroom and office in Bali. We also have sister company which factory in Solo as well as Tangerang.

Pricing
Price are Ex factory with our standard packaging and marking for Full Container Order, price are FOB Semarang, means trucking fee, ordinary fumigation cost and all local charges will be paid by PT Nine Square Indonesia.

Ordering Procedure / Terms of Trade
Our minimum order is 1x20ft container per order, but we accept trial order of US$ 5,000. The orders amount below US$ 5,000 will be charged 5% surcharge. We normally allow 60 working days for production. Order will be commenced based on the confirmation of 30-50% down payment. The goods will be loaded after receiving balance payment. Orders also will be commenced by the approval of L/C.

Sampling Policy
Sample transportation and delivery cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. Sample will be produced upon full payment received by our bank.

Quality
For FCL Order we stand by the quality of our products and guarantee to replace or credit any item in the unlikely event that there has been a fault in the manufacture or in the packaging that has led to damage (in two weeks time after the unloading at destination port). The credit will be processed in the presentation of photos showing the faults and the list of the faulty item details such as code, color, and quantity. For LCL or consolidated container order, we will responsible until the goods are loaded into the truck. We will not be responsible for any mishandlings by courier’s worker or field workers when loading into container or unloading which is not done in our factory area.
